You will receive a shipping confirmation message via email once your order has left our warehouse.
Does Kidico's ship internationally?
As of now, we ship to Canada and United States.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
What is Kidico's return policy?
Any damaged, defective or broken item purchased on Kidico.ca may be returned for an equivalent store credit within 30 days of delivery.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a 1 hour window for order cancellation. Please email us at kidico.ca@gmail.com immediately if you have placed an order in error.
